New Patrons to Advocate 4 Animals Pet Food Pantry

Our pet food pantry is here to help you keep your animals with your family by providing pet food and spay-neuter assistance.  We are a 100% volunteer organization and our volunteers give their time in order to help.

There are a few rules that must be followed in order for us to help your family.

For you first visit we REQUIRE you to provide the following:

1. Picture ID with current address.  Must be 18 years old.
2. Proof of assistance.  If you do not have proof, you can still apply but food will not be furnished until proof of assistance has been provided.
   
   Proof can be in the form of a Social Security Letter, Medicaid Card, Food Stamp Determination Letter, Unemployment Letter or Referral Letter, Disability Application/Letter
3. Proof of Spay/Neuter. All pets will need to be spayed/neutered in order for us to provide food.  We will need written proof within 30 days, such as a veterinarian office receipt. 
   
   If your pets are not spayed/neutered, we do offer assistance through Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic in the city of St. Louis.  If we furnish you a voucher, you must follow through with contacting Carol House and keep us informed on surgery dates.
